Commercial Photography

Rates: Half week-day (2-4 hours): $2,500 // Full week-day (5-8 hours): $3,900

Weekends + 50%

All shoots include the following unless not applicable:

Labor and Equipment Supply:

One lead photographer (Joshua Kane Wood)

Onsite photo and grip assistant 

Full frame camera and assorted lenses

Specified backdrop and props

Strobe lighting

Additional lighting rental if needed

Functions:

Pre-production consultation and location scoutung

Portable studio set-up if needed

Individual and group portraits

Environmental shots / Action shots / Product shots 

File handling and additional back ups

Post Production:

First round culling and basic editing and enhancements

Turn around on final deliverables within 4 weeks

Deliverables:

Highest resolution digital image files (.jpeg format / 300 dpi)

Web resolution duplicates upon request (72 dpi)

Delivered via secure download link 

Additional copies cropped and re-sized to specifications as needed

Additional:

Commercial license and reproduction rights + Negotiable starting from 10% of the total shoot cost for 12 moths of usage

Full commercial buyout and ownership of edited and raw digital assets + 100% of the total shoot cost 

Second round retouching on client selected images + $25 per image

Onsite digitech for tethered live view shooting + $75 per hour

*No tangible items includes // Assets delivered electronically only (prints and wall-art are available upon request)

Commercial Videography

Videographer (sub-contracted associate)

Onsite assistant (included at our discretion) 

4k camera and assorted lenses

Audio equipment

Specified backdrop and props

Continuous lighting

Additional lighting rental if needed

Functions:

Pre-production consultation and location scouting

Portable studio set-up if needed

Environmental shots / Action shots / Product shots / Audio capture  

File handling and additional back ups

Post Production:

Editing and enhancements as specified by client needs

Audio clean up, color grading and graphic overlays included

First round of revisions included (additional revisions + $100 per hour)

Turn around on final deliverables within 4 weeks

Deliverables:

1-5 minute videos (4k resolution / 16:9 crop)

Vertical content for social media upon request

Delivered via secure download link 

Additional deliverables are negotiable

Additional:

Commercial license and reproduction rights + Negotiable starting from 10% of the total shoot cost for 12 moths of usage
